I received this email today from the Chairman of the Theology Department at Boston College:
December 10, 2022

The Art Club Boston College student organization is hosting an art show during the month of November in Carney Hall. Artwork produced by faculty, staff and students will be on display. The club is hosting a reception on opening night (tonight, November 1) in Gallery 203 at 7:30 PM.
My color photograph “Filing System” was accepted for publication in an upcoming issue of Cheat River Review.
UPDATE: the photos have just been published and can be viewed at: https://dsmag.in/2022/09/28/phil-temples-mini-album-abandoned-industry/.

The market Doublespeak Magazine has accepted several of my color photographs from my “Abandoned Industry” collection.
I took these photographs while trespassing on the property of an abandoned stone cutting company in March, 2005 near Bloomington, Indiana. They were shot using an inexpensive Canon PowerShot G2 camera.
Doublespeak Magazine “[…] provides a space for images, photographs to be precise, where one can express the abstraction through a process of mere documentation.”

Star 82 Review, “an art and literature, online and print magazine that highlights words and images in gemlike forms,” has accepted my stark black & white photograph entitled “Sit a Spell” for publication in its 10.3 issue, due out in mid- to late-September, 2022.

Four Thirty-Three has accepted ten of my black & white photographs. Billing itself as “a magazine of art, literature and politics”, 433 “began as a running collection of ‘moments of silence’ from various places around the world, experienced in isolation, in the midst of a pandemic.”
I’m excited that they have selected a large number of my pieces simultaneously!
The Mayberry Review, “A literary magazine dedicated to publishing and broadening the horizons of writers young and old,” has accepted my color photograph “Exposed Brick” for inclusion in its debut issue!
The latest issue of Wilderness House Literary Review features seven of my black & white photographs!
The Lumiere Review has accepted my photograph “Fixer Upper” for its September 2022 issue!
